Although it has been inevitable for a while now, Rasheed Sulaimon is now officially apart of the Duke basketball family. Many may not be too familiar with him, so ill try to catch some of you guys up. Sulaimon is listed at 6'3, but has very long arms that allow him to play bigger than his position. Although Sulaimon isnt exactly a "dynamic" athlete, the best way to describe him would be "smooth", in a Harrison Barnes kind of way. Sulaimon draws fouls at an incredible rate, and plays above the rim with ferociousness. With his ability to score the ball he also has a rather crafty passing game at his young age. He can be unselfish, but when the game is on the line he definitely is not scared to take over. On the defensive end his length is what makes him special. He has the quickness to guard either guard positions, and his length may even make it possible for him to guard at the Small Forward position at times. It is very important for him to continue to fill his body out, though. He could definitely use 10-15 pounds of muscle on his light frame, but then again so could alot of players. He is a very intelligent, high motor player that has worked very hard over the past couple years to get to this point in his very young career, and should be a player to watch out for next year at Duke.
